(looking for something really low profile…low enough to not give problems)

Wheel Specifications

Model – VCT-667

Size – 24 x 9.0

Bolt Pattern – 6 x 114.3 ( 6 x 4.5 )

Offset – +25

Centerbore to fit – 73.1mm

Same bolt pattern as – 6 x 4.5”

Hubsize – 73.1mm

———————————————–

I don’t think you will clear the front struts even with ultra low profile tires. Better bolt the rims on ons side and see how much room to the strut and fender edges when you turn the steering Good Luck Styling that Ride! That much weight will only hurt the handling and cause more stress on 15 year old suspension parts. Nissan steering pump may have a hard time turning side to side at low speeds.

We just had it at the nissan shop to fix a recalled part the EMC switch…well they also replaced the battery terminal..they said the battery does need to be changed and we did that ourselves this weekend…well now my service engine soon light won’t go off..it has actually been on since we picked the car up. It did go off after the battery was changed but while driving it to get my daughter it came right back on…what else could it be??? could the light just need to be reset???

I must correct the previous answer.

ALL Auto parts stores are prohibited from erasing your codes as a matter of policy. This is for your safety and that of your vehicle.

A Check Engine light is only an indicator that something should be looked at. The computer can’t talk like a child can, so it won’t generally tell you whether it’s got a broken leg or if your air filter is dirty. It just sets an error code and lights the lamp. Then, you need to take it to a technician for evaluation, just in case it is a serious thing.

I do recommend VERY strongly you get the codes pulled at your earliest convenience so you will KNOW what the computer says is happening. I would suspect they didn’t do something right, but you can’t tell until they’re read.

I prefer Auto Zone for this service for the layman (and ladies!) since they’ll give a printout of likely causes. With this, and a little of your service history a good diagnostician can usually pinpoint the problem fairly quickly.

But you have to have the codes first!

I hope this helps…

My nissan pathfinder won’t start keeps making a clicking noise when trying to turn over. It was acting up a couple days ago by just dying while i was driving. right before it died..it would try to start, but kinda bobble and the service engine soon light would blink, then it would just die. Any idea what it could be??

The previous answer is probably correct, but you can’t really tell until you check the battery voltage both static and under a load.

The Service Engine light issue would indicate to me (in consideration of the other information here) that your alternator has probably lost a good portion of its output, causing the battery to fail.

For your battery, have someone sit in the seat while you’re on the battery with your meter and have them attempt to crank the engine. If the voltage drops below 10.5 then your battery is shot. If it doesn’t drop, then the problem is in your connection.

No matter what, have that alternator checked UNDER LOAD. I bet that’ll show you something!

Nissan currently has a recall for fuel level senders. does not garranty your covered, you wil have to call the dealer… but worst case if your not covered the part cost for the sender and seal $115.00 not including labor…

I just purchased a Nissan Pathfinder last week and today while washing the car I noticed something was missing on the trunk. I’m not sure what it is, but I looked up pictures and it shows a little round bump like thing. It is located in the middle top ABOVE the glass of the trunk. Can anyone tell me what it is? I’m sorry my description couldn’t be better but if you search up an image of the rear end of a Nissan pathfinder and locate the middle round thing on top of the glass to help me distinguish it so I could possibly buy the part that goes there.

thanks in advance

Sounds to me like the spray nozzle for the rear wiper. Do this, go run your rear wiper and if the water doesn’t come out or just runs out everywhere then that is it.
