The 2006 Nissan Pathfinder has a 4.0L V6 if it is a USA model. It is has a timing chain, not a timing belt.

My car is a 99 nissian pathfinder. It has 206,000 miles on it. Would it make a 600mile round trip?
assuming you do regular maintenance don’t see why not, just make sure its in proper shape, check for coolant and oil leaks.maybe replace your thermostat and check the accessory and timing belts
