Winiing noise buzzing noise? caused by worn chain guides tension devices and secondary timing chains are warrantied for 6 year 60 thousand miles. Hope your truck has extended warranty… A nissan technician can replace the noisy parts for about 10/12 hours non warranty labor. Oil change, coolant change and don’t forget if your truck has over 120,000 miles also to replace the water pump and fan belt too and any other necessary parts while the front of the motor is taken apart. so 1,000 labor to 1,200 labor the Technician gets 200 to 260 dollars. Parts can run about 250 to 350 dollars. I give the truck a really good look over and review any other missed items like incabin air filter and engine air filter too. Good Luck
