It seems to run great with 29K. A few questions as I have never owned a 4 wheel drive truck/suv. When I switch into 4wheel HI, it is difficult to take sharper turns, and even more difficult to reverse the truck while turning with the 4 wheel on. Also, the truck seems to automatically decelerate while driving down steep hills and a bit of deceleration on small declines as well… is this normal? Thx in advance
its normal. i have a Jeep Grand cherokee, and when turning you might feel like its not smoothly turning, like it needs oil or something. thats because all of the wheels are turning at once. everything else is totally normal. dont keep it in 4 wheel unless its raining or snowing.

All of those concerns are normal operation for a 4×4. the truck seems to decelerate more because you have the drag of the front axle and wheels to slow the engine.
try to only use 4 HI off road or on wet or slippery pavement. running in 4wd on dry pavement can cause binding and potential damage to the 4wd system. (unless you have a transfer case with a full time 4wd option)
enjoy the new truck.
