44k miles. has all the bells and whistles (nav, 4×4). my VDC OFF &SLIPlights come on frequently. Sometimes when I start it, they’re not on but come on after driving it. I was also just informed yesterday that I have no brake lights! They’re completely intermittent-The work about twice out of every 20 times I pump them. I’ve seen a thousand posts about this problem…BUT, nobody seems to have an actual answer. Has anyone had and rectified this problem?
i think thers a recall that fixes a grounding problem…. ask the dealer….they wont tell u unless u ask cas they dont like workin for free…..aslo u shdu use ur 4×4 at least once every 90 days or so jsut to keep the shit lubricated… only need to use it for lik 50 feet or so jsut enough top turn the parts down into the oil……lots of ppl buy 4×4 and never use it then wonder y ther shit goes bad a few years down the road…. if u rnt gonna use or need 4×4 dont buy it…. but good luck with this

All these are tied into the Anti-lock brake system, so that’s probably the area you need to look into. I have a feeling you will need to take it to a dealer but maybe try the stoplight switch first.
